Hartje Thuis (Wessel and Senna) handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we use and why.

What data
Name, address, email address, phone number, number of guests, dates of stay, payment details and messages you send us.

What for
To process and confirm your booking, to contact you about your stay, for payment, and to meet legal obligations such as the guest register, tourist tax and tax records.

Who we share it with
Only when needed for your booking: our booking system (Smoobu), the payment provider (Stripe), the platform you booked through (such as Booking.com or Airbnb) and the municipality for tourist tax. We never sell your data to third parties.

How long
We keep your data no longer than necessary. Data required for tax records is kept for 7 years, as required by law.

This website only uses cookies that are needed for the site and booking to work properly.

Your rights
You may view, correct or have your data deleted, as far as the law allows. Email us at hartjethuis@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
