Terms and conditions Hartje Thuis

1. Booking
A booking is final once you have received a confirmation by email. The person making the booking must be 18 or older and is responsible for all guests.

2. Payment
The full amount is paid at the time of booking by iDEAL, credit card or another payment method offered. The cleaning fee (€60) is included in the total price. Tourist tax is charged separately at the rate set by the municipality of Veere.

3. Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 21 days before arrival; you will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 21 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance. Please cancel by email to hartjethuis@gmail.com.

4. Your stay
Hartje Thuis is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Pets are not allowed.

5. Use and damage
Please treat the cottage and its contents with care and follow the house rules. Report any damage during your stay to us immediately. We may charge for damage caused by guests. Please leave the cottage tidy when you depart.

6. Liability
We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' belongings, or for injury during the stay, except in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

7. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Let us know straight away during your stay on +31 6 3933 0120 and we will sort it out as quickly as possible.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
